Ten Step Training Program - Before servicing any account, all CleanNet USA personnel must successfully complete CleanNet's intensive Ten Step Training Program-a structured course designed to provide personnel with the knowledge and skills necessary to successfully perform and manage CleanNet USA's rigorous service programs. All personnel receive both classroom and on-the-job training covering the operation of state-of-the art equipment, diverse cleaning techniques, chemical usage, safety procedures, and customer service.



The CleanNet USA curriculum includes a host of cleaning-related topics, from blood-borne pathogens to important OSHA safety requirements, and specialized cleaning subjects such as care of resilient and non-resilient floors, and carpet cleaning techniques.
